Consent for collection and use of personal information/data
1. Purpose of processing personal information
The company may utilize personal information for the following purpose(s). The personal information processed is not used for any other purposes than the following. In the event the purpose of use is changed, the company shall notify the customer of our intended purpose in advance and obtain consent from the customer, according to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Request processing: Use of personal information will be for the purpose(s) of identification, confirmation of inquiries/requests, notification of test/processing results.
2. Personal Information: Full name, date of birth, phone number and e-mail address etc.
3. Retention period of personal information: 3 years from the date of collection.
